Little Shop of Productions is seeking an Assistant Stage Manager (ASM) for our 2nd Production, Ghosts by Henrik Ibsen! Performances will be held at Theatre Tulsa Studios, 5521 S Peoria Ave, Tulsa OK.
This position is paid a small stipend based on ticket sales and previous experience.
Hiring criteria for ASMs:
At least one ASM credit in a community or college theatre production.
Experience in Run Crew for a theatrical performance.
Proficient in Google Workspace programs like Docs, Sheets and Drive.
Ability to coordinate with ASM and Production Manager on scheduling with actors and stagehands.
Must be fully available for last week of Room Rehearsals, Tech Rehearsals and Performances.
Production Dates
Room Rehearsals: 12/14/26- 1/14/27, MON, TUE, THU, 6:30p-9:30p (Excluding Christmas Eve and New Years Eve)
Tech Rehearsals: 1/18-21 (Evenings)
Performance Dates: 1/22-24 (FRI & SAT EVE, SAT & SUN MATINEE)
Application Deadline: November 1st, 2026.

Calling all PRETEEN actors ages 8-14 for our annual production of THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER! Auditions will be held Saturday, September 19 at 3:15 PM at Clark Youth Theatre. Students will perform cold readings of the script with their peers. Performances will be December 3-6 and December 10-13, 2026.

Rena Cook is an adjunct professor teaching voice in the Theatre Department at Oklahoma City University. She is professor emerita from OU where she taught voice, speech and dialects. She has directed numerous productions, among them “Corum Boy,” “The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui,” “The Two Gentlemen of Verona” and “Love and Information” at OCU.

This play opens in a sleepy Alabama town in the midst of the Great Depression, where Scout and her brother, Jem, live with their widowed father, Atticus Finch. Reminiscent of a bygone era, the play immerses us in a simpler time as the children play outside in the summer, act out stories and muse about their mysterious neighbor, Boo Radley.
